Modern Slavery and Responsible Sourcing Statement

Our structure, our supply chain, and the steps we take.

Last updated: September 13, 2026

Our commitment

Innovative Design, LLC, doing business as Innovative Group, does not tolerate modern slavery, forced labor, bonded labor, child labor or human trafficking in any part of our business or our supply chain. We expect the same standard of everyone we engage and everyone who supplies us.

This statement sets out our structure, the nature of our supply chain, the risks we have identified and the steps we take. It is issued voluntarily. Our clients, including those in regulated financial services, require this assurance of their suppliers regardless of whether we meet a statutory reporting threshold.

Our structure and operations

We are a California limited liability company providing professional marketing and growth services to business clients. We are a small firm: one officer and a stable group of independent contractors, all engaged directly and all located in the United States. We operate no manufacturing, no warehousing, no physical production and no retail premises. Work is performed remotely.

Our supply chain

  • Independent contractors providing professional services, engaged directly under written agreement, all United States based.
  • Software and data platforms, including productivity, customer relationship management, business data and advertising platforms, supplied by established United States corporations.
  • Occasional professional advisers, including legal and accounting.

We do not purchase physical goods for resale. We do not use labor agencies, offshore delivery centers or third-party recruitment intermediaries. We do not operate in, or source from, any high-risk jurisdiction.

Risk assessment

We assess our inherent modern slavery risk as low. Our workforce is small, directly engaged and personally known to the officer of the firm. All personnel are skilled professionals in the United States. There is no physical supply chain, no low-skill manual labor and no seasonal or migrant workforce. Our software suppliers are large United States corporations with their own published policies.

The residual risk we monitor is indirect: that a supplier further down our software supply chain does not meet the standard we expect. We address this by favoring established suppliers who publish their own human rights position.

Policies and due diligence

  • Every individual performing work for us is engaged directly, under written agreement, at a professional rate freely negotiated, with no fee charged to the individual for obtaining work.
  • We verify the right to work of every individual we engage.
  • Onward subcontracting is not permitted without our prior written approval, which prevents an unseen tier entering our supply chain.
  • Each contractor provides an annual written attestation confirming compliance with our responsible sourcing standards.
  • We review the published human rights position of material software and data suppliers before engagement.
  • Any concern may be raised directly with the officer of the firm, and may be raised anonymously. No person raising a concern in good faith will suffer any detriment.

Instances and remediation

We have had no known or suspected instances of modern slavery in our operations or supply chain, and no claims, investigations or adverse media attention relating to human rights practices.

Should a concern arise, our response is to suspend the relationship pending investigation, report to the appropriate authority where required, support any affected individual, and remediate rather than simply terminate, so that the individual is not left worse off.

Labor and workplace standards

We comply with applicable federal and California law, including worker classification, wage and hour, anti-discrimination and anti-retaliation requirements. Independent contractor relationships are documented in writing with defined scope, rate and term, and classification is reviewed at the point of engagement. As a remote firm with no physical worksite, our occupational health and safety exposure is limited to standard remote working arrangements.

Training and monitoring

The officer of the firm maintains awareness of modern slavery risk and applicable expectations. Our standards are communicated to every contractor at engagement and reaffirmed annually through written attestation. Because of the size of the firm, monitoring is direct: every engagement is made by the officer personally.

Approval and review

This statement is approved by the officer of Innovative Design, LLC and is reviewed annually, or sooner on any material change to our operations or supply chain.
