Beat for restaurants.
What Beat shows you
Beat aggregates the signal that matters for a restaurant business and ships it to the owner once a week. Reservation flow. What is showing up in OpenTable, Resy, Tock, and your direct booking page. Google Business Profile health. Reviews coming in, hours conflicts, photos, posts, the local pack ranking for "[your cuisine] near me."
Yelp signal. Reviews, the response rate, sentiment trend, whether the agency is following up on the negative ones the way they should be. Local ad performance. Meta + Google paid ads against the radius around the restaurant, with a CPA number that actually matches reservations made.
Social engagement. What posts are pulling, what is dying. Weekly competitive scan. What the three restaurants closest to you are doing. An AI-written Monday briefing in your voice. Five minutes of read. Decisions to make are tagged at the top.
Built for restaurants
Single-location restaurants and small multi-location operators (2-5 locations) working with an agency. If you have an in-house marketing team running everything, you probably do not need Beat. If you have an agency doing the work and you want to know what they are shipping without sitting through a status call, Beat is the surface.
Reference deployment: 20twenty Willow Glen. Single location, family-run, full digital rebuild plus weekly Beat briefing to the owner. See the case study.
The numbers Beat surfaces
How it actually runs
The agency runs the work in whatever stack they already use. Toast for POS, Yelp Business for review responses, Meta Ads Manager for paid, Local Falcon for SEO tracking, Tagger or Later for social. Beat pulls signal from those APIs once a day, runs the AI briefing on Sunday night, and the owner reads it Monday morning over coffee.
If a review needs the owner's attention (rare, but it happens), Beat flags it at the top. If a campaign is overperforming, Beat surfaces it as a decision: "Want to put another $500 against this?" The owner taps yes or no. Tap travels to the agency through Next Best Action.
Nothing about Beat replaces the agency. Beat is the surface the agency hands to the owner.
Five minutes a week. Total visibility.
