Amy and Keith have the passphrase. If you need it again, email chris@innovativedesign.us.
One place that runs the engagement. The plan, the kickoff, the deliverables you'll own, and a log of every working session, kept current so nobody has to chase a thread or sit through a recap. Newest updates at the top.
Mostly conversation, with the real work going up on the wall in marker and sticky notes. Bring nothing. We bring everything, down to the snacks. Two of the middle blocks are just Amy and Keith, since they cover what sits on your own plates.
The Brief shows what we already see in CKD. The Working Session shows how the afternoon runs. Neither one asks anything of you.
A five-minute pre-read: what stands out about CKD, where the opportunity sits, and a few things worth turning over before we meet. No homework.

We shaped the discovery workshop as a four-hour working session at the studio on Sept 3, 1 to 5 PM, with a short Zoom prebrief on Aug 27. Two client reads are ready now: The Brief and The Working Session.
Our first working session. We aligned on the high-level pieces, walked the plan, and set the path into discovery.
Agreement signed. Kickoff set for Wednesday, Aug 12. The plan for the session: keep it short, align on the few high-level pieces (the brand, the mission and vision, and how we start building Amy's voice in the space), and lock the cadence for the working sessions.
Internal planning call. Agreed to run the kickoff like a top-tier consulting session: bring the structure and the questions, let CKD talk it through, and hand back finished thinking afterward, so the session stays easy for their team. Deliverable focus: brand guidelines, mission and vision, and starting Amy's thought-leadership presence. Cadence to run about a week apart to fit CKD's rhythm.
The call that started it all. We went deep on the portfolio, the competitors, the public-funding picture, and the brand gap, then turned it into the strategy plan for CKD at 40.
