The question this section answers: what am I buying, in one screen?

The plan at a glance

Month 1

We build or rebuild your site

Pick one of three website directions for your industry, answer the questionnaire, send your photos. We write, structure and build the site for Google and AI-powered search, with two rounds of revisions, and go live within 30 days.

Month 2 onward

We keep it working

Four new posts a month on your site, one monthly round of improvements, technical health checks, and a short monthly update on what changed and what the data shows.

Always

You own everything

Your domain, your Google Business Profile, your analytics and your website stay registered to you. If you ever leave, you leave with your site.

What we never promise

Nobody controls what Google, ChatGPT, Gemini or any AI tool decides to show. We build and maintain the foundation those systems rely on, we check how you show up over time, and we report it honestly. We do not promise rankings, AI recommendations, a number of leads, or a date by which you will appear in AI answers.

02

The question this section answers: what happens before the site goes live?

Included in the build (month one)

Website directions

  • Three website directions (look, layout and page flow) chosen for your industry, presented at the start of the engagement.
  • You pick one. If none of the three fits, we show up to two more before design starts.
  • Each direction is one of our proven layouts. We tailor it with your content, colors, logo and photos; we do not design from a blank page.

Site structure

  • A page list for your business type (minimum six pages: for example home, about, two to three service pages, service area, contact). We recommend the pages search systems expect for your industry; you approve the list.
  • Each page priced at $250 per month. Add a page later for the same price.
  • Pages you do not need are removed from the structure rather than custom pages being added to it.

Content

  • You complete our questionnaire (services, service areas, hours, what makes you different, licenses, common customer questions) and send your photos and logo.
  • We write every page from your answers, in plain language, organized the way customers and search systems read: what you do, where you do it, and why to trust you.
  • Customer questions answered on the relevant pages (FAQ sections), since this is what AI tools most often quote.
  • You review the words in a content sheet and sign off before design starts.

Technical foundation

  • Mobile-friendly, fast-loading build on our hosting, with SSL.
  • Page titles, descriptions and headings written for your services and areas.
  • Structured data (the machine-readable business, service and FAQ information search engines and AI tools read), a sitemap, and crawler access so Google and AI search bots can read the site.
  • Your business name, address, phone and services made consistent between the website and your Google Business Profile.
  • Contact forms and click-to-call set up and tested; Google Analytics and Search Console connected.

Revisions and launch

  • Two rounds of revisions before go-live (defined below).
  • Launch checklist: links, forms, phone taps, mobile layout, indexing settings.
  • Go-live within 30 days of your signed-off content and photos, when feedback comes back inside the review windows.

If you already have a website

  • We can keep your current look and rebuild it underneath on our platform, so the technical foundation is right without a visible redesign.
  • Your existing content is reused where it is accurate; the questionnaire fills the gaps.
  • Redirects from your old page addresses are set up so nothing you already rank for is lost.
03

The question this section answers: what am I paying for every month after launch?

Included every month after go-live

Content that keeps you visible

  • Four new posts a month (one a week) on your site, written on the questions your customers ask and the services and areas you want to grow. Posts begin in month two.
  • Posts are built to be quoted: a direct answer up top, your business and service area named, and links to the service page that earns the call.
  • You see the schedule; you can veto a topic. You do not need to write anything.

One monthly improvement round

  • Each month we review how the site is doing and push one round of improvements: page content tune-ups, FAQ additions, internal links, technical fixes.
  • Small text and photo changes you request are collected and made in that same monthly round.
  • Larger changes (a new page, a new service, a redesign) are quoted as additions.

Technical care

  • Hosting, SSL, backups, uptime and security updates.
  • Monthly check that Google and AI search crawlers can still read every page, that nothing is broken, and that your business information still matches everywhere.
  • Structured data kept current as your services change.

A monthly update you can read in two minutes

  • What we changed this month, what the traffic and inquiry data shows, and what we plan next.
  • A repeat check of the same set of customer questions across Google and selected AI tools, so you can see the trend over time. Reported as a direction, not a score.
  • A link to book time with us if you want to talk. There is no scheduled meeting unless you ask for one.
04

The question this section answers: what would be extra, or is not something we do?

Not included (so there are no surprises)

Quoted separately when you want it

  • New pages beyond the agreed structure: $250 per page per month, added any time.
  • A third revision round before go-live, or changes requested outside the monthly improvement round.
  • A full redesign or a change of website direction after you have chosen one.
  • Professional photography, video, or premium stock imagery.
  • Extra posts beyond four a month, or long-form guides and research pieces.
  • The AI website chatbot and Google Business Profile management (see add-ons).
  • Paid advertising (Google, Meta, Local Services Ads) and its management.
  • Email, text or follow-up automation, CRM setup, and lead nurturing.
  • Review generation or reputation campaigns.

Outside the offer

  • E-commerce: product catalogs, carts, inventory, pricing updates. If you sell online, the store stays on its platform (Shopify or similar) and we build the front door that sends customers there.
  • Customer portals, booking systems, member logins, or custom software.
  • Unlimited edits, same-day changes, or phone support. Requests go into the monthly round; urgent fixes to something we broke are handled right away at no charge.
  • Link buying, directory blasts, or any tactic that risks a penalty.
  • Guaranteed rankings, guaranteed AI recommendations, or a guaranteed number of leads.
  • Writing claims we cannot verify (licenses, awards, reviews, results).
05

The question this section answers: what does "two rounds of revisions" actually mean?

How revisions work before go-live

Most website projects run late and over budget because feedback arrives in pieces: a text one day, an email the next. We fix that by defining what a round is, what it covers, and when it happens. Recommended wording below; the team should confirm the review windows.

A round is one consolidated list of changes, delivered at one time

You review the full draft site, collect every change you want from everyone on your side, and give it to us in one meeting (or one written list) within five business days of receiving the draft. We confirm the list back to you in writing, make the changes, and that is one round complete.

Round one: anything within the direction you chose

Text edits, swapping photos from the ones you supplied, reordering sections, changing colors or fonts within the chosen direction, fixing facts, adding or removing a FAQ, adjusting the contact details. Anything you would notice on the page.

Round two: polish

Final corrections to the changes from round one and any small items missed. Round two is for finishing, not for new ideas: new sections, new pages or a different direction are quoted separately.

What a round does not include

Switching to a different website direction after design has started; adding pages or sections that were not in the approved structure; rewriting copy you already signed off in the content sheet (unless a fact was wrong); custom features or integrations; changes that arrive after the five-day window or in a second message after the list was confirmed. Those become a third round or an addition, quoted before we start.

Our mistakes do not count against your rounds

If we misread your questionnaire or broke something, we fix it at no charge and it is not one of your two rounds.

Timing protects the 30-day go-live

Each round has a five-business-day review window. If feedback comes later, the launch date moves by the same number of days. If we hear nothing after ten business days, we go live with the current version and your remaining round carries into the first monthly improvement cycle.

Why content is signed off before design

The words are the part that drives search and AI visibility, and the part owners most often change late. Approving them in a content sheet first means revision rounds are about how the site looks and works, not re-deciding what the business says about itself.

06

The question this section answers: what do I have to do?

What we need from you

1

Within the first week

Complete the questionnaire (about 30 minutes): services, service areas, hours, licenses, what makes you different, the questions customers ask most. Pick your website direction. Send your logo, photos of real work and your team, and any reviews you have permission to show.

2

Access

Domain registrar login (or a transfer authorization), access to your Google Business Profile, Google Analytics and Search Console if they exist, and your current website host if we are rebuilding. Everything stays in your name.

3

One decision-maker

One person who signs off the content sheet and delivers each revision round. Feedback within five business days at each step. That is what makes the 30-day go-live possible.

07

The question this section answers: what can I add later?

Optional add-ons

Add-on 1
+$500per month

AI website chatbot

An assistant on your site that answers visitor questions from your approved business information, 24 hours a day, and captures their contact details or routes them to you. A conversion tool for people who already found you; it does not affect rankings.

Add-on 2
+$750per month

Google Business Profile management

Active management of your profile: categories and services, photos and weekly posts, Q&A, monitoring for issues, and a compliant review-response workflow. The core plan keeps your profile consistent with the website; this add-on actively works it, because it is still where most local customers find you on Google Maps and Search.

08

The question this section answers: what are the business terms?

Terms in plain language

Billing

  • Monthly, in advance, charged automatically to a card or bank account on file. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee; bank transfer (ACH) does not.
  • Month one covers the build. The first charge is taken at signing, and the clock on the 30-day go-live starts when your content and photos arrive.
  • If a payment fails you get an alert and a short grace period to update the payment method before the next attempt. Accounts with unpaid balances past the grace period are paused.

Term and ownership

  • Six-month initial term, then month to month with 30 days' notice (proposed; final wording in the agreement).
  • Your domain, Google Business Profile, analytics, content and website are yours. On exit we hand over the site files and access; hosting on our platform ends with the agreement.
  • No guaranteed placement or results. We report what we did and what the data shows.

Add-on pricing and the processing fee are current as of 22 October 2026. The agreement, not this page, is the binding document.

09

The question this section answers: how does this compare to what SEO agencies sell, and why is it shaped this way?

Why it's built this way, and what we chose not to copy

We looked at how traditional SEO agencies package the same kind of work, including one proposal that was sent to us. Their structure is useful as a checklist of what customers expect to see spelled out. The substance is different, because the goal here is being found in AI-powered search, not winning a keyword count.

Typical SEO packageThis offerWhy
Price tiers by page count with "revision hours" per monthPrice per page; two defined revision rounds before launch; one improvement round a month afterHours are hard for an owner to track and easy to argue about. Rounds with a clear definition are not.
Keyword targets (20 to 40 keywords) and ranking reportsA fixed set of real customer questions re-checked monthly across Google and AI toolsAI answers are generated from questions, not keywords. Tracking the questions a customer actually asks is the measurement that matches the goal.
Backlinks, directory submissions, social bookmarking, classified postings by the dozenNot included. Consistent business information, real reviews, structured data and quotable content insteadVolume link tactics carry penalty risk and are not what AI systems cite. The sources AI tools pull from are clear web pages, business profiles and reviews.
Blog posts as a tier feature (1 to 4 a month)Four posts a month included from month two, written as direct answers to customer questionsWeekly, answer-shaped content is the single biggest driver of being quoted, so it is the core of the recurring work rather than an upgrade.
"AI Overview optimization" as one bullet in a listThe whole offer: site structure, FAQ content, structured data, crawler access, consistent business data, monthly measurementBeing readable and quotable by AI is a property of the whole site, not an add-on.
"The higher the tier, the closer to #1"No ranking or placement promisesNo provider controls those systems. Transparent work and honest reporting is the trust position.
Admin login, "full control"You own the domain, profile, analytics and site; we manage changes through the monthly roundOwnership stays with the customer; one managed change process keeps the technical foundation intact.

What the comparison confirmed we should spell out, because customers expect to see it: hosting and SSL, mobile and accessibility, forms, analytics, who owns the login, what revisions cover, and that content work is included rather than an upsell.
