A new, repeatable offer for Innovative Design: build or improve a local business website, then manage the ongoing work that helps customers and AI-powered search find it. This portal holds the summary, the project plan, everything a prospect would see, and everything the team needs behind the scenes.
The question this section answers: what are we actually selling, in one minute?
The story we tell business owners is the evolution of how customers find a local business. Each era added a place you had to show up. AI-powered search is the newest one, and it sits alongside Google rather than replacing it.
Visibility meant being listed. If you were not in the book, customers could not find you.
A website and a Google presence became essential. Local search decided who got the call.
Customers can now ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Google AI Mode for a recommended roofer or HVAC company. The website is still what those systems read.
of surveyed consumers used AI tools for local business recommendations in the preceding year. Survey result, not a share of all searches. BrightLocal, March 2026
used AI during their most recent local business search. Google remained the leading channel and most people verified elsewhere. BrightLocal, July 2026
local AI searches analysed: which businesses get mentioned changes between repeated prompts, so visibility has to be measured over time. BrightLocal, Sept 2026
We never claim guaranteed placement in Google or AI answers, never say "nobody uses Google anymore," and never show a fabricated AI answer. The pitch is "Google plus AI," and the service is legitimate website and search work with transparent reporting. The full approved and prohibited language is in the messaging guardrails.
The question this section answers: what does the customer get, and what does it cost?
The product is a Managed AI-Ready Website. The customer either gets a new site built from curated, industry-specific design directions, or we improve the site they already have. Either way we handle the ongoing optimization, monitoring and monthly reporting.
New or improved website, ongoing SEO and AI-search readiness, technical health, measurement and a monthly activity summary. Priced primarily on the number of substantial pages we build and manage. Blog posts are quoted separately.
An assistant on the customer's site that answers visitor questions from approved business information and captures leads. Sold as a conversion tool, not as a way to rank higher in AI.
Active management of categories, details, photos, posts, profile issues and compliant review-response workflows. Basic website-to-profile consistency is already part of core.
| Qualifying primary pages | Proposed monthly core fee | Example |
|---|---|---|
| 1 to 7 pages | $1,500 minimum | 5 pages → $1,500/mo |
| 8 to 15 pages | $200 per page | 10 pages → $2,000/mo |
| 16 to 30 pages | $3,000 + $125 per page above 15 | 20 pages → $3,625/mo |
| 31+ pages | Custom scoped quote | Audit of volume, complexity and update needs |
Established local service businesses with a defined service area, enough gross profit per new customer to support $1,500+ a month, and an online presence that underrepresents their real reputation. First two verticals: roofing and HVAC. Third pilot: remodeling and general contractors. The qualifying criteria list the good-fit and poor-fit signals.
The question this section answers: how does a stranger become a customer?
The ad only has to create curiosity and book a short call. The call turns that curiosity into a business case. Nothing in the ad explains pricing or the technical work.
Three angles to test: the evolution of search, "will AI recommend you?", and "your website should do more than look good." CTA to the review, no pricing.
Repeats the ad headline, explains the new-build or improve-existing paths, three benefits, real proof, and a short form plus calendar.
Five frozen service-and-city prompts checked across Google and one or two AI tools on a documented date, plus a website readiness check. Delivered as a one-page snapshot.
Business goals, sample findings, the managed website service, fit and price, next action. Show the three industry design directions here.
Page scope, what gets built or edited, recurring work, optional add-ons, proposed start and clear terms. Customer supplies and approves facts and photos.
Site health, prioritized improvements, work log, traffic and leads where trackable, and directional AI visibility over repeated prompts.
The question this section answers: what has to exist before we launch, and where is each piece?
Deliverables 1 to 6 should be done before we spend on advertising. Deliverables 7 and 8 need to be ready before we scale customer acquisition. Click any row to open the asset or its build spec.

Playbook and product/pricing page. Both are proposals awaiting leadership sign-off on pricing and terms.
The creative kit has every word written; the visual files need the agency logo, fonts, approved imagery and the final CTA URL. The discovery call script is done; its slide deck is not.
Landing page, AI Visibility Assessment, onboarding catalog, reporting template. Each has a spec page describing what it will contain.

Pricing and service commitments in every document are proposed, not final. These are the calls that unblock publication.
Roofing and HVAC, or another profitable pair of verticals.
Recommended 12-month initial commitment if the build is included with no setup fee, or a transparent recovery fee for early termination. Legal review required. This is the biggest commercial risk in the plan.
Which pages count, what makes a page simple or complex, and who approves counts.
Cadence and limits, support responsiveness, revision policy, emergency scope and change requests. Never "unlimited edits."
Client-approved claims, licensed imagery, IP rights, domain and hosting, transfer and exit terms.
