Everything a commission-only caller needs on day one: a list, a script, a phone number, a place to log calls, training, and a contract.
One pipeline for cold leads: who was called, when, outcome (no answer, callback, not interested, meeting booked), next step, and the caller's name. Minimal fields; built so several callers can work at once without stepping on each other. Meetings booked straight into the closers' calendar.
Callers will not use personal numbers. Options to price: GoHighLevel's built-in numbers, Google Voice, OpenPhone, or a Twilio line, against Zoom Phone's per-line cost. Recording is a plus but not required. One number per caller, released when they stop.
Import the Alley Group leads and the Agency Collective spreadsheet into the pipeline, tagged by source. Split roughly in half: one half to Viraj's calling team on a per-meeting basis, the other to our callers. Callers only book meetings; they never pitch services or offer prices.
Owner: Andy Seo. A short script whose only goal is a booked discovery meeting. Framed on the sales script page.
Owner: Andy Seo. Offer explainer from the What's included page, script walkthrough, the three objections callers will hear most, and how to log a call. One session plus a one-page cheat sheet.
Pay per held discovery meeting and per closed client, on paper before the first call, with a written agreement for each caller. Numbers are settled internally and are not published on this portal.
Automatic monthly charge, card or ACH, grace period and retry on a failed payment, Slack alert to the team, pause after the grace period. Built once the mechanics are decided.
Build the GHL pipeline and import the two lists first, since the callers are already lining up; phone numbers and training follow the same week.
