The StrataFusion site: crawl, walk, run.

Companion to the round-one concept review, which carries the three creative directions, the audit findings, and the decision log. This page is the delivery view: scope options, decisions, and the first 30 days. Three ways to bring stratafusion.com in line with the Fractional 360 push, sized so partner expectations stay intact (the look-and-feel refresh that recently shipped was the crawl; this plan is the walk and the run). IG does the build work as part of the partnership. No bill. Ken owns the call on the SFG side, with Lars Rabbe and Joseph Frascati leaning in.

01 · Where things stand

The honest starting point.

Platform

The site runs on Webflow, chosen for being modern and easy to edit. Any plan works with Webflow rather than around it; no migration is required to make progress.

Recent work

The team shipped a look-and-feel refresh recently and it reads current. This plan builds on that work rather than reopening it. Content is the current phase, and Ken holds that baton.

What the audit says

IG ran an SEO and AEO/LLM-search audit of stratafusion.com. Short version: the expertise and the metadata are strong, and the gap is delivery speed plus off-site signals. Fixable with structure, schema, and a content cadence. (Audit link re-shared once the login is re-keyed.)

The open question

As content ships from IG and StrataFusion: where does StrataFusion host and post its share? The site needs a home for it, and the social channel needs an owner.

02 · The three options

Refresh, rebuild, or both in sequence.

Option ARefresh in place

Keep the current Webflow site as-is and tune it: fix the audit findings (titles, schema, internal links), add a Fractional 360 page aligned with IG's, and stand up an insights section for the content engine.

  • Fastest, least disruption, fully respects the recent refresh.
  • Limit: the current structure caps how far search and AI-answer visibility can climb.

Timeline: 2-3 weeks from go.

Option B · RecommendedCrawl, walk, run (hybrid)

Keep the Webflow shell exactly as partners know it. IG builds the new pieces alongside it: a Fractional 360 hub, an insights/content home, and the audit fixes, all matched to the current design so nothing feels replaced. When the content engine proves itself, the run phase (a fuller rebuild) becomes an easy yes instead of a leap.

  • Partners see addition, not replacement.
  • Gives the content a home before the first posts ship (the sequencing Chris flagged on July 14).
  • Sets up cross-linking between innovativegroup.io and stratafusion.com from day one.

Timeline: hub + insights live inside 3 weeks; run-phase decision after 60 days of content data.

Option CNew MVP build

A fresh site (20+ pages at go-live) built on IG's system, with daily-update ease and the SEO/AEO machinery IG runs on its own properties. Webflow stays up until cutover.

  • Biggest ceiling: fastest route to ranking and AI-answer citations, e-commerce-ready later.
  • Biggest ask: partners just approved a refresh; this reopens that conversation.

Timeline: MVP live by end of August if greenlit this week.

04 · First 30 days (Option B)

What IG ships, week by week.

Week 1

  • GA4 + Search Console read; audit findings prioritized
  • IA for the F360 hub + insights section, matched to current design

Week 2

  • F360 hub drafted (mirrors IG's framing; SFG voice)
  • Schema + technical fixes on existing pages

Week 3

  • Insights section live; first two posts staged
  • Cross-links live both directions

Week 4

  • Baseline report to Ken + Maureen: rankings, citations, traffic
  • Run-phase criteria agreed (what would justify the fuller build)
