If you are not going to watch it

05:52Cost per case, not utilisation percentage, is the number that decides whether the printer was worth buying. Most practices have never calculated it.
15:01Same-day delivery does not fit into an existing schedule. The schedule has to change shape, and that is a twenty-minute conversation, not a software problem.
24:48Staff learn the workflow from doing two supervised cases, not from documentation. Budget the supervision, not the training material.
30:02Honest implementation cost: roughly forty staff hours across six weeks, plus two days of disruption. Practices that will not spend that should not start.

If you want your own numbers

The chair-time audit runs two weeks and costs $7,500. You get a same-day case map built from your own scheduling data on day fourteen. If it does not find at least $4,000 a month of recoverable chair time, you do not pay for it.
