A focused update on the paid-acquisition workstream Michael Sykora leads: what we learned testing the influencer route, the direct-response plan we run instead, and the open items to close together.
Michael could not join this session, so we pulled the update into one place. This is his workstream, summarized for Glen and Vaneet, with the numbers behind each call.
Michael ran a real test of the influencer and affiliate route, and the market told us something clear: GoHighLevel already owns this channel, and they pay for it at a level All Voice AI cannot match yet.
Of the roughly 1,000 influencers who responded to Michael, effectively all of them asked the same question: what is different from GoHighLevel? They are already incentivized by GHL and earning from it. GoHighLevel pays 40% recurring commission for the life of each customer plus a 5% second tier, which is roughly double the typical 20% SaaS affiliate rate, and stacks a "Dream Car" program (Teslas, Rivians, Porsches for top affiliates), $6,000-plus in monthly contest prizes, and a separate $50,000 AI-agents contest pool on top.
That is a marketing-spend engine, funded by giving away a large share of revenue for life. It is why the influencer channel is saturated and locked up, and why, without more brand credibility, All Voice AI cannot get an influencer to choose us over GHL today.
We hold on the influencer and affiliate route until All Voice AI can match at least 50% of GHL's affiliate economics, on commission and prizes, and has the brand credibility to back it. When we can match 50% or more of their spend, we go. Until then we win where incumbency matters less.

GoHighLevel pays affiliates and also runs polished, benefit-led video reels aimed at the exact SMB verticals in our GTM. When a mid or bottom-funnel prospect starts researching, they run into these. Michael pulled a set worth looking at. If an embed does not load, the link under it opens the ad on Facebook.
Verbatim copy: "Showing a house? On another call? Your AI answers, texts back and books the appointment so you keep the commission." A textbook vertical ad: sharp problem hook, a specific buyer, and a plain benefit tied to money kept.
Open the ad on Facebook →A benefit-led reel in the same style promoting HighLevel's AI answering to small businesses. Open to view the creative and hook.
Open the ad on Facebook →Another reel in the same production-quality, problem-solution format aimed at SMB owners. Open to view.
Open the ad on Facebook →A fourth reel in the running set, same benefit-led approach and single call to action. Open to view.
Open the ad on Facebook →The pattern is consistent and effective: a sharp problem hook ("never miss another lead"), a specific vertical (real estate, home services), a plain-language benefit (the AI answers, texts back, and books the appointment so you keep the commission), reel-native production, and a single clear call to action. The quality is high and the targeting is tight.
Put this creative next to the influencer feedback and the affiliate economics, and this is who All Voice AI is up against at the research stage. If a target audience is mid or bottom of funnel and starts looking, they will find GoHighLevel. To compete there, AVAI needs creative at this level plus the differentiators GHL does not have: recovered revenue, 57 languages, and patent-pending Voice AI Ads.
Instead of fighting GHL on their channel, we win on ours: high-intent search and targeted social, where creative, targeting, and the offer beat brand incumbency. This is the plan we built at Innovative Group (Meta and Google Ads Strategy, November 2025), ready to switch on with funding.
A three-stage funnel: educate SMB owners at the top ("AI that answers calls 24/7"), retarget video viewers and visitors in the middle, and convert warm leads into demo bookings at the bottom, with problem-solution video, comparison carousels, and testimonial creative.
Core search on "AI receptionist for small business" and "24/7 call answering," competitor search intercepting Ruby and Smith.ai queries, and category search to broaden discovery on call-automation terms.
| Channel | Allocation | Approx. spend | Focus |
|---|---|---|---|
| Meta · Awareness (TOF) | 50% of Meta | $3,750 | Reach SMB owners, build the retargeting pool |
| Meta · Retargeting (MOF/BOF) | 40% of Meta | $3,000 | Convert warm viewers to demo fills |
| Meta · Creative testing | 10% of Meta | $750 | Rotate new creative every 10 to 14 days |
| Google · Core search | 50% of Google | $2,250 | High-intent "AI receptionist" terms |
| Google · Competitor | 25% of Google | $1,125 | Intercept warm switchers |
| Google · Category | 25% of Google | $1,125 | Broaden discovery |
Targets we hold ourselves to: CPL under $80, Meta conversion rate at or above 12% and Google at or above 10%, and demo-booking lead quality at or above 20 to 25% qualified. Every touch is tracked through GA4, GTM, and the Meta Conversion API into the CRM, so spend maps to booked demos and real pipeline.
This program is built and ready. It kicks in with All Voice AI's funding, and Michael may step in to run it directly as it scales.
One item from June is still open and worth a short working session with the team.
Michael flagged bugs in the coupon-code flow back in June, and it looks like those are now fixed. What is still not finalized is the reporting loop: the agreement was that All Voice AI would send a report of the coupon codes that have been redeemed.
We have proof that some codes were used on accounts, but there is a misalignment between what we see and what is being reported. Until that reconciles, we cannot cleanly attribute or pay against redemptions.
Ask: a 20-minute reconnect with the team to confirm the fixes, agree the redemption-report format and cadence, and reconcile the accounts we already see redemptions on.
