Friday's call: three decisions, and month one starts Monday.

Jen, Brandyn, Rita and Chris. We'll keep this page open on screen and walk through it in order. Each part links to the detail if you want to go deeper.

The agenda

Seven parts, 60 minutes.

  • Your revenue targets are in. Thank you.
  • Access granted: Kajabi, FG Funnels, Webflow and Search Console.

  • Modest by February is $10,000 a month: about 3 certifications, 30 parent product sales and $1,000 from professional tools.

What the audit found

  • Demand exists, the product is competitive, and the gaps can be fixed in one quarter.
  • Your certification offers more training hours than any program we compared, and Perplexity already names your coaching.
  • Organic Google clicks fell from 1,415 to 775 over the last three months, year over year. One 2024 article accounts for 91% of the drop.
  • Your competitors advertise every day. Parent Team runs no ads today.
  • Three moves, in order: Foundation in weeks 1 to 4, Capture in weeks 3 to 8, and Amplify from December 1.

Who does what next

The table below, confirmed together.

5 min7

Open questions

  • Funding timing, and what that means for December 1.
  • Steve's role going forward.
  • Anything else on your minds.
Part 4

Three decisions. Each one changes what we do first.

Decision 1

Which line do we plan to?

  • Modest
  • Stretch
  • Modest, with Stretch as the goal

Our suggestion: plan to Modest and aim for Stretch. Modest sets the ad budget and certification targets. Stretch tells us which bigger product to build.

Decision 2

Relaunch the shelved products in month one?

  • Yes, starting with The Basics and the Divorce Financial Road Map
  • Yes, after the offer plan
  • Not yet

Our suggestion: yes. They are built, one already sold 39 times, and they give ads something to sell from December 1.

Decision 3

A live certification cohort in early 2027?

  • Yes, plan one for spring
  • Maybe, let's look at the numbers
  • Not now

Our suggestion: look at it together. Your first cohort of 25 at $5,000 brought in $125,000, the single biggest step toward the bigger lines.
